This presentation will provide information and training on the purpose, processes, roles and responsibilities for HFEMSD boards, committees and councils pursuant to Colorado House Bill (HB)18-1198. The new law requires all statutorily created boards or commissions in State government to have written policies or bylaws, and obtain annual training.
